We accept all major credit cards. We do not offer terms or Net30 at this time.

Digitizing and embroidery is included in the price of each item.

Standard turn times are 7-10 days from order placement and/or logo approval to shipping. Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Expect 3-6 days for shipping in the lower 48.

Expedited production and shipping is avaialable, please call us for details.

Names can be added to most items for $5.75 per item

We offer several script and block fonts for names. There is no setup charge for names.

You can attach your logo when you select your items. You only need to attach your file 1 time for each order. AI, JPEG, PDF and PNG work best, but we can work with what you have (please, no artwork created in a Microsoft Office application).

If you are adding names to items, it is best to attach a list to your order. This can be done the same way you attach your artwork.

We will email you an embroidered proof for you to approve or request edits within 48 hours of the order being placed. Edits can cause a delay in Production to Shipping times. Once the logo is approved, your order will be scheduled for production.

We offer total cart discounts off our everyday low prices as opposed to piece discounts, this seems to work better for our customers. The discount rate is as follows:

Discount 1: 4% off entire order when you reach $500

Discount 2: 6% off entire order when you reach $1000

Discount 3: 10% off entire order when you reach $2500

Discount 4: 12% off entire order when you reach $4000

Discount 5: 15% off entire order when you reach $7500

For orders above $8000 please call before placing your order.

 For any reason, if you need to change an order once it was placed, please contact us immediately. It is possible to change an order before production, once an order has begun production or has shipped, the order cannot be changed.

Any change of an order after 3 days of an order confirmation being sent may result in a $25 change fee.

You can cancel at any time prior to the order going into production. Once items have been decorated with your logo or shipped, we can no longer accept a cancellation.

If an order is cancelled due to extenuating circumstances before it is decorated & shipped, you will be refunded in full (less any samples sent and/or freight costs). If your logo has been digitized & stitched out or issued a proof for approval there will be a $55 set-up fee.
