About Us

Kwik Silver Embroidery is owned by Jeff and Shanel Fagerlie. Founded in 1998, we started with a 2 head machine in our home and have built our business on unsurpassed quality and 2nd to none customer service. By 2010 the strain of running a business and maintaining full time jobs was too much, both Jeff and Shanel laid out plans to leave their careers to focus 100% of their time on the business. 

From 2 heads to dozens, add some very talented employee partners and the dream was a reality. We launced our first webite in 2011, our first Customer Portal (for direct B2B sales) in 2014.
